Great Swimwear Deals @H&M: Some Styles Under $20

Checking out swimwear this weekend and came across some really great deals at H&M! The style and the pricing is great! Most are priced separately, but I saw bikini bottom options for as low as $4.95 with matching tops as low as $9.95, including pieces in the new Beyoncé as Mrs. Carter in HM line . See below for my fave looks and here for more styles. Love the top print the most...but the other styles are very flattering for curvy shapes like mine. H&M is also carrying limited styles in the plus category…see them here! Have a great day :-)!

Trend of the Moment: Mirrored Sunglasses

Happy Monday all!! I hope your weekend was pleasant :-)! I was busy this weekend on a few projects that I'm working on, as well as, starting the packing process for my birthday trip next week. I pretty much have everything needed, but do want to get a few more things, e.g. these mirrored sunglasses I keep seeing.

I first saw these a while back on bloggers like Aimee Song from Song of Style (see 2nd pic) and Andy Torres from Style Scrapbook (see 3rd pic). My faves are the red, blue and black versions but there are also other color options like orange, pink, green and yellow to choose from. I would definitley pick a color that works with your skin tone. Also, if you're not sure which color to get you can always opt for the classic black or even a look for less style in the colored versions. I never invest too much into trends, they come and go, and my investments are usually saved for classics. However, I personally love these options as an update to shapes and styles we've seen over and over, so will try this trend out! Below, I posted some style inspirations found on pinterest today!

Check them out and let me know what you think :-)!!

Color of the Moment: Coral & Turq

Pretty much everything I've purchased these past few months have been in the coral and turq family. With the exception of some items in yellow, red and cobalt...I'm literally overloaded with this color palette right now. I can't complain though, cause it's been working for me! Adding color where I normally would have went for a white, black or tan. Today for example, I'm wearing a lightweight coral tunic from Mango, with black skinnies, short khaki trench with black faux leather sleeves and leopard print loafers. I'm a minimalist when it comes to getting dressed, nothing too over the top for me...so I have to up the ante with colors and prints. Old me would have worn all black with the leopard print shoes and left it at that....lol! I'm loving the options above, you can always add color with denim, accessories and jewelry. I'm especially loving the Samantha Wills jewelry...she has an amazing collection and the Bohemian Bardot ring is my fave piece. Its comes in all these really cute sorbet colors, like the pink and yellow that you normally wouldn't find in jewelry.

Summer Print Inspiration via Stella Jean

I don't think I even need to tell you why I’m in love with this designer collection! I first heard about Stella Jean while checking out fellow blogger Tiger Tem's site and immediately fell in love. Stella Jean is an Italian based designer of Italian and Haitian descent and her diverse background has inspired this seamless collaboration of cultures. This collection is prints galore and the styling is AMAZING! I would have never thought to style and match some of these prints together but I’m so glad someone did and opened me to a whole new world!! Of course, this is my inspiration for this summer. I’m looking for dresses, cropped pants and tops in amazing prints like these. Wish me luck and enjoy your day everyone :-)!!

Vacation Essentials from Mango.com

Happy Monday all! It's getting down to the wire for me as far as getting ready for this trip and I need to get started!I went to Mango last week on my lunch break and found a lot of inspiration on what to wear in PR. Im not going to go overboard with the shopping, so a huge money saving tactic for me is to instead incorporate a few key trends with pieces I already have.

I'll start packing what I have and then fill in what I still need; I rather spend that extra money on things to do. The only things I really need for this trip is 2 more swimsuits and 2 dresses for when I go out. One outfit idea, I posted from Topshop the other day, is a definite dress option. As far as my wants, the easiest and most affordable way to add in is with accessories. I love these options from Mango, especially the jewelry and studded sandals! Now its just a matter of narrowing down my choices:-)....enjoy your day everyone!
